While away you don't have to subject your fish to 7-day dissolving feeder blocks or rely on an expensive automatic food dispenser. Your fish and invertebrates can continue to receive the high-quality frozen and live foods that are regularly fed. Whether it's serving frozen krill/silversides and refilling seaweed clips in your saltwater tanks or providing your freshwater aquarium plants with their daily fertilizers and nutrients, I'm up to the task. Anything I'm not already familiar with will be enjoyable to learn!

In fact, that's exactly what I used to do at my evening job - care for and sell fish, invertebrates, anemones, aquatic plants, and aquarium supplies in a retail environment. Keeping freshwater fish led to this hobby-related employment position while in college, permitting exposure to a variety of species that I otherwise may not have come into direct contact with.

Freshwater fish and live aquatic plants have captivated my interest for about 7 years now. I previously had three tanks stocked with rainbowfish, harlequin rasboras, mollies, bumblebee gobies, kuhli loaches, catfish (corydoras, otocinclus, upside down, bumblebee, etc.) and shrimp, among other species.

In recent months, friends and acquaintances have enlisted my help in selecting tanks, aquariums supplies, and decor and in deciding which plants and fish would best suit their lifestyles. My aim is to help others to succeed at and enjoy the wonderful hobby of freshwater fishkeeping!

Fish will be fed a diet of your choosing, which may include frozen, freeze-dried, flake, and live foods (such as minnows or blackworms).
